Wow, our boy Nicolas Cage is two for twenty one in making good movies with the release of Red Rock West (1993). It's suspenseful, it's...other things...honestly, it's fine. You know what's a better movie? Mad Max Fury Road!! Hell yeah, brother! (That makes sense if you listen) Anywho, as always, we zip through the plot and share an interesting story or two - enjoy!

How did we celebrate Groundhog's Day? Did we watch the movie several times? Nope. We watched Guarding Tess (1994) - a thriller (?) and comedy of manners (?) starring our boy and Shirley MacLaine. Nicolas Cage plays a Secret Service agent and Shirley plays a cantankerous old bitch. Enjoy us go insane as we continue to watch these nothing movies.

You know how when you really want something for dessert and a child or an idiot might say something like, "I want a taco made out of cotton candy and ice cream!" Well, this movie is the cotton candy taco of romantic comedies - so sweet it'll make your eyes roll and your teeth fall out...I have lost track of this analogy...listen this week as we discuss It Could Happen to You (1994) starring Nicolas Cage (aka the Sunshine Man) Bridget Fonda of Fonda Family fame.

We all know that sometimes, Nicolas Cage movies can be terrifying. Movies so scary bad it will make you swear off of them. This week's movie is actually decent? Nicolas cage plays an absolute unit in this 1995 film, Kiss of Death. It costars Samuel L. Jackson, Stanley Tucci, and a terrible David Caruso. Have a listen!

And the Academy Award goes to...Nicolas Cage! For his performance as a suicidal alcoholic in 1995's Leaving Las Vegas. No seriously, look it up...actually don't...just listen to this episode for some cold hard facts. This is the first movie in the era we are now referring to as The Golden Cage, so tune in as we discuss the saddest Nicky Kim we've seen so far. Love you all - please drink responsibly!
